Your audit unlocks PSE&G incentives
New Milford is PSE&G territory. Your audit opens the door to the Whole Home Energy Solutions program: up to $7,500 in cash back rebates plus up to $25,000 in zero interest, on-bill financing for insulation and air sealing, high efficiency heating and cooling, and hot water upgrades.
Planning to move off gas or oil? PSE&G's Building Decarbonization program adds up to $10,000 (up to $12,000 for income qualified households) toward a cold climate heat pump, with combined zero interest financing of up to $75,000 when paired with whole home upgrades.
We handle the eligibility checks, applications, and paperwork from start to finish. Current program terms run through June 30, 2027.

Yes. This is a pilot program for New Milford. Homes must be located in the Borough of New Milford; our standard audit is $299, currently $99 for the general public, and free for New Milford residents while this program runs.
