Your full home energy audit is $99, a $299 value, credited toward your project if you move forward, and the written report is yours to keep either way.
The building envelope: your home's foundation for comfort
Air sealing. Closing the hidden gaps, cracks, and openings that let conditioned air escape. In many homes the combined leakage is like leaving a window open year round. Every project includes air sealing when the assessment identifies a need, verified by blower door testing.
Attic insulation. Heat rises, and an under insulated attic is the most common energy problem we find. Blown in cellulose and fiberglass bring attics to modern standards.
Wall, floor, and foundation insulation. Dense packed wall insulation, rim joist sealing, and basement or crawlspace insulation for homes that need them.
Duct sealing and insulation. If your ducts run through an attic, basement, or crawlspace, sealing them ensures the air you pay to heat or cool actually reaches your rooms.

Ventilation and air quality
Mechanical ventilation, including energy recovery ventilators, ensures a tighter home still breathes properly with fresh, filtered air.
Health and safety
Up to $2,000 in health and safety measures can be included in your project, such as combustion safety upgrades, carbon monoxide and smoke detection, moisture control, and electrical work needed to support new equipment.

That is exactly what the audit answers. Your auditor models your home, tests it, and prioritizes the improvements by impact, so your project includes what will genuinely help and nothing that will not.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to do everything on this list?
No. Your project is built from what your audit identifies, your goals, and your budget. Air sealing and insulation are included when the assessment finds a need; beyond that, the scope is yours to shape with your advisor.
Are windows covered?
Windows are generally not an eligible measure, and honestly, they are rarely the best first dollar spent. Air sealing and insulation usually deliver several times the comfort improvement per dollar. Your audit will show you the comparison for your home.
What equipment brands do you install?
We install equipment that meets the program's efficiency requirements from established manufacturers, selected and sized for your specific home. Every recommendation includes model level detail in your proposal.
Can improvements be phased over time?
Yes, within program rules. Many homeowners start with the envelope and add equipment later. Your advisor can structure a phased plan, though completing work under current program terms (through June 30, 2027) protects your incentives.
