The 2024 New Jersey Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program provides New Jersey homeowners with up to $5,000 in cash-back incentives and up to $10,000 in zero-interest financing to install energy efficiency upgrades!
These incentives can be utilized for various improvements, from air-sealing and insulation upgrades to replacing entire heating, air-conditioning, and hot-water heating systems.
