Choose a date and time that works for you. Your audit costs $99 (a $299 value), takes about three hours, and includes a complete diagnostic evaluation of your home. If you move forward with upgrades, the $99 is credited toward your project.
What your audit includes
- Blower door testing that measures exactly how much air leaks in and out of your home
- Infrared imaging that reveals missing insulation and hidden air leaks inside walls and ceilings
- Health and safety checks, including carbon monoxide testing, gas leak detection, and combustion safety
- A room by room comfort review with a certified auditor who will answer your questions as you go
- A personalized written report with recommended improvements, projected energy savings, your estimated utility rebate, and financing options
What happens after you book
You will receive a confirmation email right away with everything you need to know. Before your appointment, we simply ask that you clear access to your attic hatch, basement or crawlspace, and heating equipment. Your auditor arrives on time, walks the home with you, and you will have your full report within a few days. There is never any obligation to move forward.
