Roles we hire for
Home energy auditors. BPI certified (or ready to become certified) professionals who evaluate homes with blower door testing, infrared imaging, and combustion safety diagnostics, and who enjoy explaining what they find to homeowners.
Installation crew members. Hands-on team members who deliver the work: air sealing, insulation, and related building performance improvements, done safely and done right.
Home performance consultants. Consultative advisors who guide homeowners from audit report to completed project, translating building science and utility incentives into clear decisions.
