COVID-19/Coronavirus Statement

Like many of our family, friends, and neighbors, the team at Ciel Power has been closely monitoring developments in the COVID-19/coronavirus pandemic. Although the situation is changing daily, Ciel Power is open for business.

As we continue to monitor the changing situation, we want you to know that the health, safety, and well-being of our customers and our employees are at the forefront of our planning and decisions.

Our priorities are to continue to be an asset to the community during these uncertain times, while at the same time ensuring that our employees and our customers remain as healthy and safe as possible. We are following the recommendations of the CDC on how to prepare our people, as we continue to support our customers.

Health & Safety First: We are taking these immediate, precautionary measures to ensure the safety of your family and our technicians as we work in and around your home:

Most of this work takes place in attics, crawlspaces, and other locations away from a home’s occupants.  Our technicians will work to identify access points to these areas that require the least amount of interaction with a home’s living spaces.

Extra cleaning protocols and precautions: We continue to observe elevated cleaning and sanitizing protocols to help prevent the spread of all germs in our activities:

Technicians will wear masks.

Technicians will practice social distancing.

Technicians will wash their hands frequently with soap and water and use hand sanitizer.

Disinfectant wipes will be used on truck steering wheels, door handles, and tools, as well as on surfaces inside the home that must be touched to complete the work.

We have asked technicians to refrain from shaking hands with our customers.

We understand that we provide services related to the health of our customers and we intend to continue to provide those services to the best of our ability within the guidelines recommended by the CDC and our governing bodies.

We will assess each service opportunity as it comes in and work with customers to provide the safest work environment for our customers and our employees. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this unprecedented time.
